Who we are
This site is operated by Mecanizados UPC / Roclas ("we", "us") to provide CNC machining quotes. Contact us at carlos@roclas.com for any privacy question or request.
What we collect
When you submit a quote request we collect the information you provide: name, email, company, country, phone, the part specification (material, quantity, tolerance, finish, notes) and any drawing or photo you upload. We also record which page/campaign brought you here (utm parameters), so we can tell which channel a request came from.
Why we collect it
Solely to review your request, prepare a quote, and communicate with you by email about it. If you accept a quote, the same data is used to process the order and any related payment.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent your data. It is only shared with service providers strictly necessary to run this form and process payments (our email delivery provider, and Stripe for payment processing if you proceed with an order).
How long we keep it
We keep quote requests for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting order, and as required by applicable accounting/tax law thereafter.
Your rights
Under GDPR you can ask us to access, correct, delete, or export your data, or object to its use, at any time — just email carlos@roclas.com.
