We are a CNC machining workshop. Turning and milling, custom parts in metal and engineering plastics: aluminium, brass, steel, stainless, POM.
Short runs and prototypes get the same treatment as production. There is no minimum order: if you need one part, we make one part.
And you do not need a drawing. A photo of the part with a ruler next to it is enough for us to quote price and lead time.

What almost everyone asks before requesting a price.
That is the normal case. Take a photo of the part with a ruler or a caliper next to it, send it over, and that is enough for us to quote. If the part is critical, we measure it here before machining.
Yes. There is no minimum order. One unit gets the same treatment as a run: same checks, same finish. A lot of what leaves the workshop is a single spare for a machine nobody builds any more.
Price and lead time normally within 24-48 hours. A simple part usually ships in 3 to 7 working days; a run, or anything with a coating, takes 1 to 3 weeks. If you have a machine down, say so and it jumps the queue.
As standard we work around ±0.05 mm, and tighter where the drawing calls for it. Advice that saves money: tighten the tolerance only where the part actually fits something. Asking for precision everywhere multiplies the price for nothing.
It depends on material, machine time and quantity. A small aluminium part usually lands in the tens of euros; what pushes the price up is the number of setups and fine finishes. That is why we quote a fixed price before starting: no surprises at the end.
This is plenty: which material you want (or what the part is for), how many units, and a drawing, a STEP file or a photo with dimensions. If anything is missing, we will ask.
Yes. We ship across Spain and the EU by courier, tracked. You can also collect at the workshop if you are nearby.
Of course. If the part is your own development, we sign the NDA before you send any files.
