Registered employers
Businesses register a company account and engage candidates through the platform's structured process, not through informal side channels.
Clear process, honest limits
We explain each step and its boundaries. Registration does not guarantee a job, employer selection or a visa, and migration decisions rest with the relevant authorities.
What "pre-screened candidate" means
It means a candidate who has verified their email, completed a structured profile with supporting documents, and completed the required assessment, which our team has reviewed before the profile is approved. It is not a guarantee of suitability for any specific role, which the employer decides.
The boundaries of our migration guidance
We help you understand and prepare for the recruitment and migration process, including documentation and the steps involved. We do not issue visas or make immigration decisions; those are made by the relevant embassies and authorities.

"Welcome to Skills and Labour Services Limited. My name is Chukwudi John Paul Okolo and I am the director of this company. Skills and Labour Services Limited has positioned itself as an organisation that wants to drive transformation and to impact society, especially motivating young people to leverage the opportunities that come to them to add value to their lives and drive societal transformation.
On our website, Skills and Labour Services, skillabour.com, you will encounter a range of activities that we have put together to drive this transformation and to impact societies. Part of what we do is labour mobility facilitation, where we create a platform, and going through our website you will find the link that exposes you to applications where you position yourself and gain visibility, so that international recruiters can see what you are doing and, when attracted to your profile, you can gain employment opportunities through that platform.
On the part of training, Skills and Labour Services also drives the training of young people in all manner of handcrafts, long vehicle and truck driving, auto diagnostics, electromechanics and many other trainings within the TVET sector, to ensure that they gain skills and become useful to society.
Institutional linkages and collaboration is another part of what Skills and Labour Services does, where we have partners in Europe who visit Nigeria and partner with institutions here to facilitate knowledge and technology transfer, and improve the value that these institutions give to young people in their different institutions of higher education.
